Wine Club FAQ

  • What will be in my shipment?

    Everyone receives six delicious bottles per shipment. If you sign up for the Mixed Club, this can include whites, reds, rosés and/or bubbly. If you are in the Red Club, you will receive all reds.

  • When will I receive my wine club shipment?

    Wine club is shipped out three times a year (January, May and September). You will receive confirmation emails before we ship, so you can get excited! If there is a heat spell during those times, we will hold the shipment until it cools off, to ensure your wine gets to you in perfect condition.

  • When will my card be charged?

    You will be charged for your first shipment when you sign up. After that, your card will be charged the week before your shipment is sent out. This will be the first week of January, May and September. You will be notified via email a few days before your card is charged.

  • How can I manage my account?

    Create an account on our website by visiting the 'Log In' section of the navigation bar. If you don't already have an account, select 'create account'. Make sure to use the same email on your account as the one you used for the Wine Club sign up.

  • Can I skip a shipment?

    Absolutely. Need to skip a shipment or cancel? Simply log into your account and select 'skip this order' or 'cancel' to cancel your subscription. Need additional assistance? Email britta@workstreetwines.com
